Personalised or customised products:

Standard products:
Usual processing time: 24–48 business hours
When things get hectic: up to 72 hours
(we promise double coffee ☕☕).

Once your order has shipped:
Mainland Spain: 24–72 business hours
Islands and Europe: 3–7 business days
⏳ When customs is in charge, customs is in charge; we just give it a gentle push.
💸 Shipping rates
Mainland Spain and mainland Portugal: €4.49. Free on orders from €30.
Azores and Madeira: €9.99 per order (no free shipping).
Balearic Islands: €6.50. Free on orders from €40.
Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: €14.99 (no free shipping). These destinations are outside the EU customs territory: customs duties, local indirect tax (IGIC/IPSI) and customs clearance fees are paid by the buyer.
Rest of the European Union: €9.99; €4.99 on orders from €40; free from €70.

📍 Incorrect address or nobody home

If the parcel can’t be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or because nobody was home, and it’s returned to us:
We can reship the order.
The cost of the new shipment may apply.
